We were in central London yesterday and it's an obvious thing to say but it's also the scooter capital of the UK...big wheels, small wheels, Italian scooters, Japanese scooters, Chinese scooters!
There are simply thousands of scooter riders in London, and it never fails to amaze us just how many ride unprotected!
We saw scooter riders in thin rain jackets and most in regular coats which may provide a small degree of weather protection but meet the tarmac at even 30mph and it won't be just a a cloud of feathers or filling that's all over the road.
There are so many great scooter jackets available now from Tucano Urbano, Corazzo and Armadillo Scooterwear that no-one should ride in fear of the consequences!
